How to Order
Ordering is generally done via the website.
Clicking on the photo of the plant will bring you to a detailed plant profile. Once you decide if the plant is right for you add the correct quantity to the shopping cart. To continue shopping you can go to the at a glance section and choose the category your plant is in or use the menu on the left hand side.
At anytime you can check and update quantity by clicking on shopping cart.
Once you are finished shopping click on checkout.
Fill in all fields. Without an email address you will not get an order confirmation or eparcel tracking information so it is very important.
Choose your payment option. If you are paying via credit card you can click on paypal. If the payment doesn't come through we will send you a paypal request from us with your invoice number.
You will receive an order confirmation from us that confirms we've received the order.
Orders confirmed as paid by Friday 9am will be generally sent on Monday. Any delays in shipping we will let you know. At this time you will receive a tracking email confirming your plants are on their way.
