Stunning and unusual would describe this plant. Unfortunately, easy to grow would not. It is picky about it's requirements and needs a humid, part shade position in the Tropics. It can be grown in a pot as long as you can keep it warm and humid.
The large pleated leaves droop down and the black flowers are heartstopping.
