you are purchasing a small plant.
One of the best cold hardy heliconias. Upright orange red bracts with white sepals that resemble H.angusta. Unusual and easy to grow. Reputed to be a cross between H.angusta and H.pendula. Both are cold hardy but angusta is very slow growing Papsiana is much more vigour than either parent and an excellent choice for Sydney.
Flowers well in pots.
