Similar to Giant Elephant Ears and edible.

Widely grown in Asia for it's edible stems and leaves which are high in vitamin C, A, calcium, potassium and iron. It is also very popular throughout the West Indies where it is called Callaloo and used like a spinach. It also makes a striking ornamental for tropical gardens. In good conditions the leaves can get huge and form little puckers that catch water, stems are a powdery light green.
