Margaret Storey is a well known cordyline in Australia. It is extensively used as a landscaping plant due to it's hardiness, compact growth habit and attractive flush of winter color. Leaves are normally brownish maroon. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with salmon pink. The colour darkens as the leaves mature. The petioles are marked with pink.
