Red bracts with thick yellow bands. Attractive widely cultivated bihai that grows all the way down to Northern NSW with ease. Good Cut.
In SE Qld a wholesaler has sold this plant as Kamehameha as well as Kawika which has led to much confusion. Some nurseries are actually selling the same plant under two different names. Kamehameha has much more yellow in the bracts and to the best of our knowledge Kamehameha is not in Australia.
