Havana Cigar is one of the real stunners of the tropical world. This plant just screams tropical! The large oblong waxy backed leaves are held slightly erect, making them highly visible to the viewer. The unusual chocolate flower bracts are arranged like a candelabra and often sold as a cut flower. Absolutely stunning in large pots. Also useful in creating a good microclimate for more tender tropicals in windy conditions.

Havana cigarBy: Eleanor on 10 November 2016My plants arrived safe and sound. Very well packaged in moist shredded paper. I mulched and prepared the perfect spot in the garden for them. They've been in the ground for a few weeks now and the new growth has flourished. Looking forward to see them at their full potential.
